Opening Hours

Mon - Fri: 9AM - 5PM

All I seem to do is read.  One book after another, after another, after another.  I have so many books on all the things and only a few of them are fiction.  Where do I start to explain this sickness I seem to have.  Yeash, I just bought two more friggin books off of Amazon this morning and I haven’t cracked the one that was delivered yesterday.  Maybe I need therapy!!  The books I read and the YouTube videos I watch have given me such a wealth of knowledge.  Life too, that has given me plenty of “school of hard knocks” kind of education as well.

I am writhing this blog to explain a few things I have learned by all of this reading.  Studying all of the science behind what goes on deep in the brain.  Our humanness is so very interesting and it seems that so few people really understand the complexity of it all.  And, I mean ALL of it.  We are so perfectly made and in perfect alignment with all that is nature and somewhere along the way we’ve forgotten how much so.  Chasing the “dream” of making money,  having all of the things  in pursuit of happiness.  All the while never really slowing down to look inward to see that there are so many things around us that should be giving us that happiness.  Looking inward is really the key and developing self awareness is also a great practice.  I have taken the Inner Engineering Course, with Sadhguru and practice yoga and meditation daily.  It’s a 7 step process that I highly recommend to everyone who’s 14 years old and up.  I’ve also read the book and didn’t stop there.  I wanted more information on the process and to know if there was any scientifically based knowledge of the process.  There definitely is and I found that information in a great book by Dr. Joe Dispenza, Becoming Supernatural.  One is science based and the other is Yogi philosophy based.  The cool thing is that it all lines up to be a great thing for the brain and to have a better life using these techniques, than without.  The secret is no secret at all… It just has to be practised on a regular basis and over time the results are a sense of calm and inner peace.  There’s the secret sauce.  One of them anyway.  There is work that need to be done and habits that are important to form around making these kind of life changes, but let me assure you that it is all worth it to be a work in progress and practice a few good, and proven, techniques.

Humans are amazing animals.  We are on the top of the food chain for good reason.  I am often curious about how many people actually stop to notice that we are also just a part of nature.  Hummmm… ever wonder why animals know to go to higher land when there’s about to be a tsunami?  Nature.  Ever wonder how a tree knows to shed it’s leaves and go to sleep in the fall and wake in the spring to bud new leaves and aid in the cleansing of the air?  Ever wonder how bee’s know how to do the great job of sustaining life by pollinating flowers and making honey, which is a great source of nourishment to us humans.  Ever wonder???  We are at the top of this beautiful system and should all have beautiful lives and we’ve made a disaster of things all around us and inside of us.  We can be better and I want to be a person that helps people realise their greatness.  There are so many things we need to do to bring us to a state of awesomeness and feeling happier and more content in our lives on a daily basis.  This is definitely not to say that the shitty days won’t exist.  I’m just saying that once we become more self aware and able to regulate our nervous systems we help all of the other systems in our bodies work at their optimal capacity.  I am currently putting a program in place to help people, mostly women, to discover how fantastic life can really be.  Especially after being thrown a curve ball like divorce or widowhood when you thought you had it all figured out only to realise that, Hell No, I hardly know myself. Looking behind is really a waste of time, still take the lessons though, they are the best part.  Looking ahead can be frightening too.  Making a plan isn’t a bad idea but having big expectations on a specific outcome can lead to disappointment.  Going back to a my blog on “The Four Agreements” can be helpful here.  Staying in this moment is usually the best and it’s really all we have,  that we know for sure.

The books I have read and the things that I practice to keep my head on straight and live a good life are priceless.  I am ready to teach and I practice what I preach.  I know this works, and I’m here to share it.

Everyone deserves this most basic and real way of life.  From The Inside-Out!
