Midlife can be a powerful crossroads.  A time when what once worked no longer fits, due to big changes, like death of a spouse, divorce or illness. Something is missing and it’s time to make positive changes.
My life coaching is designed for people in this middle season of life who are ready to pause, reflect, and realign.  Whether you’re facing loss, reinvention, burnout, or simply a sense that there’s more… more purpose, more joy, more you.  This is a space to explore and rediscover what truly matters.
Through self-awareness, gentle accountability, and tools inspired by yoga philosophy and mindfulness, I guide you to:
  • Reconnect with your inner wisdom and trust yourself again.
  • Release old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve who you’re becoming.
  • Clear emotional and mental clutter, sometimes physical clutter that clouds your clarity and drains your energy.
  • Create practical changes that align with your heart, not just your to-do list.
  • Step into this next chapter with confidence, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose.
This is transformation from the inside out.  Not quick fixes or forced positivity, but meaningful shifts that last.

True health isn’t just about what you eat or how much you move, it’s about how you feel inside your body, your mind, and your heart.

In midlife, many of us begin to question long-standing patterns around food, body image, energy levels, and stress.  We may feel disconnected from our bodies, stuck in emotional eating cycles, or overwhelmed by the pressure to “get it right”. That’s where this kind of coaching is different.

My approach to health coaching is holistic, compassionate, and deeply supportive.  It’s about helping you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, understand the emotional and mental patterns behind your habits, and create real, lasting change.

  • Explore your relationship with food and body without judgment.
  • Identify emotional triggers, stress responses, and self-sabotaging patterns.
  • Create Nourishing routines rooted in self-care, not punishment or restriction.
  • Shift the inner dialogue from guilt and frustration to awareness and kindness. 
  • Use simple tools from mindfulness, somatic awareness, and yoga philosophy to support balance and calm.
  • Rebuild a foundation of trust in your body and confidence in your choices.
